1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Muhammad bin Yusrat Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

We provide software development and AI consultancy services including but not limited to:

• AI and machine learning solutions (LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents)
• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• Backend and cloud infrastructure development
• Consulting and technical advisory services

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before commencement of any project. Generally:

• Rates are agreed upon per project or engagement
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project will be transferred to you. We retain the right to use general methodologies, know-how, and techniques developed during the course of providing services.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we make no warranties regarding the fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. All outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
