Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality software development and AI consultancy services. Due to the nature of our services and the time investment required, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligible Services for Refund

Refund requests may be considered for the following situations:

  • Services not delivered as agreed upon in the project scope
  • Significant delays caused by our side without prior communication
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • Cancellation by the client within 24 hours of project commencement

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Consultation and planning sessions already completed
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted
  • Third-party service fees (hosting, licences, API costs, etc.)
  • Changes in project requirements initiated by the client
  • Services rendered for more than 30 days

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of service completion
  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Allow us 48 hours to review and respond
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on:

  • The amount of work completed
  • The stage of project completion
  • Time invested in the project
  • Resources utilised

6. Payment Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction through Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to:

  • Discuss the matter directly with us
  • Provide additional documentation if available
  • Consider mediation as an alternative to legal action

8. Quality Assurance

To minimise refund requests, we:

  • Provide clear project scopes and timelines
  • Maintain regular communication throughout projects
  • Offer revisions within agreed-upon limits
  • Conduct thorough testing before delivery

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
